Where do we start?

Step 1: Emergency Contact – The process starts when you call us using our contact details. Calls are answered 24/7.


Step 2:
Inspection and Fire Damage Assessment – Trained team will inspect your property to determine the extent of the fire and damages caused as a result of the fire.


Step 3:
Board-up and Roof cover Service (if needed) – Fire Damage can often damage windows, walls and roofs. In order to prevent further damage to the property we can at your request board up all damaged windows and cover the roof top so that no further damage is caused by weather conditions.


Step 4:
Water Removal and Drying (if water damage is present) – The water removal starts immediately by pumping all water away. Once this is done we will install drying equipment and dehumidifiers to remove the remaining water and complete the drying process.


Step 5:
Removal of Smoke and Soot from All Surfaces – We will install special equipment and remove smoke and soot from walls and ceiling within your property internally and externally.


Step 6: 
Cleaning – The cleaning process starts by removing everything from the site and or the damaged areas to enable us and the client to fully view the damage caused and discuss all the relevant steps leading to the restoration stages.


Step 7:
Restoration – This stage involves conducting a full restoration report to detail what is damaged and what needs to be repaired or restored. This stage involves several meetings with the client to address all the needs and discuss how we will work to meet the client needs and wants.
